- Simply accept the things you can’t change. As long as there is nothing to do about them, why let them consume you. I know it’s easy to say, hard to do, but it is not impossible.
- Talk to someone you love, just hearing their voice will boost your happiness level.
- Blast you fav song and dance to it.
- Learn to let go, holding bad grudges ( yes, they are some good ones, check this out ) won’t help you at all.
- Be kind, to you & those around you. Helping someone selflessly is a great way to have a harness good vibes.
- Eat delicious food. I don’t know about you, but food always makes me happy.
- Be grateful!
- Practice self care whenever you can. Take a bubble bath, put on a hydrating mask, go for a run or simply sleep. It will help.
