Do these 8 things for a happiness boost

  1. Simply accept the things you can’t change. As long as there is nothing to do about them, why let them consume you. I know it’s easy to say, hard to do, but it is not impossible.
  2. Talk to someone you love, just hearing their voice will boost your happiness level.
  3. Blast you fav song and dance to it.
  4. Learn to let go, holding bad grudges ( yes, they are some good ones, check this out ) won’t help you at all.
  5. Be kind, to you & those around you. Helping someone selflessly is a great way to have a harness good vibes.
  6. Eat delicious food. I don’t know about you, but food always makes me happy.
  7. Be grateful!
  8. Practice self care whenever you can. Take a bubble bath, put on a hydrating mask, go for a run or simply sleep. It will help.
