Back to fall hair with L’Oreal Casting Creme Gloss

After traveling quite a while this month and exposing my hair to sun, more than usual, I almost became blonde again. I do like a touch of muted blonde highlights, but my hair was becoming blonde with blonder highlights. With an almost pale complexion and a lazy gene,  the combination isn’t that good. So, after I came back from the Danube Delta ( see vlog here, if you didn’t already ), I wanted to make an appointment  to the colourist, but I caught up on work and totally forgot about it.

While I was away, the new L’Oreal Casting Creme Gloss launched and it was waiting for me at home. The same week, on a sunny Friday morning, an impulsive thought came to mind. Let’s try the new dye and get rid of the blonde! Yes, yes, I did dye my hair another time at home ( see video here, ahahaha ) but this time I was alone and hair fatality was looming. I said fuck it and proceeded with the process.  I have an impulsive gene also.

It was fairly simple, followed the instructions on the package, I didn’t need a brush, I applied the dye with the developer creme bottle, with a focus on the blonde highlights, I didn’t do my roots as the colour is almost identical with my natural one.

Waited about 15 minutes, it says that you need to wait 10 if you dyed your hair in the past 3 months of 20 minutes if more than 3 months passed from your last colouring.  Used a garbage sack as a cape, still manage to ruin my shirt.

The result? Awesome, I’m in love with my new colour, or dare I say my old one? There is a bit of blonde creeping around there but it looks quite great. The hair is soft and glossy, as the new formula promises, and I’m pretty happy with myself that I managed to do this all by myself. Kudos to me, ha!

I tried to take good photo to depict the real colour but the light was a bit harsh, the end result is a bit darker. If you follow me on snapchat, wink, wink, you saw the entire process the colour. Do you follow me on snapchat? Do you? @denisaluntraru! Joking, joking, you don’t have too… only if you want 😀

Did you try the new L’Oreal Casting Creme Gloss?
