What’s Missing From Your Underwear Drawer?

Your underwear drawer might be filled to the brim with garments, and you find it hard to sort through them all. Maybe your underwear drawer is looking a little sparse at the moment, because you just haven’t spared a thought for these clothing items when you’ve hit the shops. But no matter what state your underwear drawer is in right now, it’s a good time to go through it, and see what gaps need filling in! And to help you with this organization duty, we’ve got the top three missing contenders below.

Bralettes for Relaxed Days

A bralette is something you’ll need for those days when you’re just lounging around the home, whether you’ve got a big hoodie on over the top or you’re just in your pajamas. And when you’ve only got padded bras, push up bras, or bras with wire inserts that help to give you shape and lift, you’re not going to be comfortable enough! So get yourself a light or lace bralette to make good use – they can provide support for all chest sizes.

A Few Comfortable Underwear Pairs

Comfortable underwear is a must have, obviously, but maybe you’ve been going for practicality and/or aesthetics over the comfort factor lately? Don’t worry, it’s easy to get back into the spirit; you’ve just got to invest in new underwear pairs that seem oversized on you, or might look like a pair an elderly relative would wear. People are unlikely to see them anyway, because these pants are for the uncomfortable days in your life!

Because when bad days roll around, like when you’re a bit bloated or it’s your ‘time of the month’, a good pair of comfortable underwear will be an absolute Godsend. Not to mention just how important it is to have some healthy, comfy, and roomy pairs of underwear at hand when you’re on your period; just check out an article on thinx toxic underwear for more information on what might be going on down there otherwise!

Socks for All Shoe Types

You’re going to need at least 10 pairs of socks in your drawer, first of all, to make sure you’ve got a proper rotation going on. Secondly, you need more than those ankle socks you buy in bulk from the store! Because there are multiple sock types out there, and they’ll make sure you’re a lot more comfortable when you’re wearing different outfits and/or difficult shoes.

Try to separate your socks into different piles. What ones do you wear to work? What do you wear to go out in? What do you wear to exercise (i.e. jogging) in? And what socks do you wear when you’ve got a pair of trousers on, compared to when you’re wearing a dress? Make sure you’ve got small socks, long socks, and both thick and thin pairs to make good use of.

Your underwear drawer needs rearranging and padding out. Make sure you’ve got everything you need in there!
