Now, we all know the importance of getting fit and
staying healthy, but the question of what to wear during exercise classes,
trips to the gym, or a simple jog around the block can often leave us somewhat
perplexed. Is there a particular wardrobe from which we should choose such
items? What rules should we be following when purchasing workout wear? How do

What to wear while keeping fit: A few guidelines
There are no set rules regarding fitness wear, but we

The gym
As with running it is important that your body is free to move during any gym

Swimming and watersports
Swimming and watersports are slightly more straightforward, as you’ll no doubt

Bright colors will help you to be seen in the pool, particularly if you’re
taking part in a team event, while your swimming threads should be well-fitted
and cleaned regularly for hygiene reasons. Heading outdoors? Make sure you’re

General workout-wear

looking good is never as important as feeling comfortable. If you’re heading
out for a walk, attempting a light jog, or aiming to grace the gym perhaps once
