This exquisite house is located in the Holland Park area in London, and it has been decorated by Nicholas Haslman for an art dealer and his wife, hence all the Picasso & Matisse paintings This time I added a short description under evey picture but you can go and read the entire article here. From all the interiors I posted, I think this one is by far my favorite.
Above the mantel is Picasso’s Femme au Chapeau.
The oil above a living room sofa is a Matisse. Velvet on glass-topped table, Manuel Canovas.
The sitting room, which has a Lelièvre mohair wallcovering, displays another Picasso.
In front of the bed, a circa 1770 Swedish painted sofa is paired with a 1920s Italian low table.
In an attic room for guests, the bed is contained in a chintz-lined niche with a Rococo frame.
Wow this place is amazing 🙂 The style works really well in the huge rooms 🙂
