A very excited me went Saturday to visit the new Cocor Department Store, I wanted to be like a kid in a candy store because the store wants to be a high end one, ha! Major disappointment.
They say that 60% of their new tenants will be refined and prestigious brands, and the rest of 40% high end on a large scale!?
There are only 2 stores that carry high end designer items, actually just one because the other one was waiting for more merchandise, “We will get it soon”. Now, what kind of name is just4you, if I didn’t spotted a lace D&G coat I wouldn’t have entered there, the clothes were hanged on branches, I mean real branches and I’m really curios who is the buyer for the stores because 80% of the items were tacky, I mean pink fur? Aww, and the shoes, don’t get me started on the shoes.
The other prestigious and refined brands? Look at the window below, there were many like this one… If that’s the future of fashion…
The only good part, or almost good, is the Romanian designers gallery, though it looks like a deposit and items look a bit neglected to me, you can find a many ro designers, Adelina Ivan, Mihaela Glavan, Rheea Costa, Diana Nita, Carmen Secarean and so on.
And the only store window that I liked, so Lady Gaga like, was the Doina Lezintza one. Though, if the designer wasn’t there I wouldn’t had known that the stores was hers.
I’m really curios when the investors will get their 18 million dollars back…
But that’s only my opinion.

Deci Just for you e brandul? Este unul in Brasov si arata de 100 de ori mai bine si hainele din el=)). Da partea cu designerii romani tip concept store e singura chetsii tare, in rest nimic nu s-a schimbat de cand l-au inchis pana azi.

Nu am fost inca, nici nu intentionez. Mie de la inceput mi s-a parut slab conceptul, magazine de lux in Romania? I mean, come on, we think Zara and Bershka are expensive clothing brands.

In Craiova they named it just4you too,and initially placed it in Real upstairs,near the pet shop.For half a year I didn't even entered cause who could have thought it's there…then they moved it somewhere in the central area of the city,and it's still just4you.Though it's the only high branded store here i don't think it has many buyers,most people don't even know what's in there.
Total de acord …. ma dusesem pentru mult laudatul magazin Mac care nu exista …. plus pentru alte branduri highend care trebuiau sa fie acolo …. brandurile din Cocor sunt jalnice , vitrinele arata oribil … mai mult decat atat trebuie sa fii extrem de atent pentru a descoperi ce brand este in fiecare magazin …. Parcarea 4 RON / ora ? Are sens pentru cei ce nu au unde parca in zona dar sa mergi sa vizitezi magazinul si sa platesti un pumn de bani ?
Haven't gone yet, and after reading your review, and Ingrid's, not sure when I'll go. Din pacate, ma cam asteptam la inca o afacere cu iz de spalare de bani, fara nici o intentie reala de exprimare a modei in Romania. Adica, ati vazut spoturile publicitare?!?
i don't think i would visit the shop – definitely too expensive, however, i have noticed some fabulous boots there, but this is not enough!
M-ai dezumflat: )) Aveam de gand sa merg maine, fiind aproape, dar daca spui ca e degeaba, parca nu ma mai tenteaza. Poate cand ma voi plictisi foarte tare voi da o raita, haha.

Mie mi-a placut magazinul cu ochelari de la parter. In rest, mai nimic. Galeria designerilor romani m-a dezamagit. Era un talmes-balmes acolo! Hainele unui designer amestecate cu ale altuia, desi din cate mi-am dat eu seama trebuia sa fie separate caci aveau fiecare placute cu numele sau pe perete…
Looks amazing! Would love to visit that store.. Though it looks so expensive.

mersi de trimitere la blogul meu. Am incercat sa fiu cat mai obiectiva posibil in post, desi ma cam irita asocierea luxului cu astfel de proiecte. Este pacat,….cand luxul poate fi un lucru atat de frumos,…mai bine aruncam cu ceva noroi si dup-aia cladim…off…
Am fost si eu acolo, am fost foarte dezamagit… este exact asa cum era acum cativa ani inainte sa il inchida: de prost gust.
