Last week was really chilly here and I went with a friend of mine to get some exam results, there, one of her colleagues wore such a pretty butterfly print maxi dress, curios because I didn’t see many butterfly print dresses around here. She wore it so well, but of course, silly me I didn’t photograph her, everybody was really anxious and after my friend got the results I lost her from my sight. The dress was white with blue print and she wore it with a gold buttoned white cardigan, she had a pretty oversized bag too and a cute bun, not like the hideous buns girls sport here… Sometimes I think people don’t have mirrors or combs. I’m being bitchy, I know…
I don’t know why, I always associated maxi dresses with summer, maybe because they are fun and flirty, but it seems (obvious) that they can be worn when the weather it’s colder too. Supposedly, I run a fashion blog, right?
Though I didn’t see many maxi dresses in my window shopping sessions, they could be easily “recycled” , don’t hide your summer wardrobe that soon; I think that maxi dressed look great with cardigans and with blazer, but let not forget that I think anything with blazers look great.
Nevertheless, I browsed a bit very.co.uk and my favorite is this striped Love Label one.

I'm not much a maxi dress wearer, but I like the idea of this style for the fall! Makes more sense for the fall than for the summer, in my humble "non-fashion blogger" opinion 🙂
I have a khaki colored one that I'm planning on wearing with sheer, meshy or lacey shirts underneath it. the dress is strappy and the shirts are long sleeve so they'll add a thin little layer as it gets colder 🙂
I love maxi dresses even if I don not get my best looks in them 🙂

Maxi always sounded summery to mee too, but it seems like they're going to be present this Autumn too.

I saw (and tried on) a cute striped maxi dress at the Peacocks store in Plaza Mall. I don't love that store, but this time they had some nice items for fall.
I can't wait to buy one ( I'll have to decide if it's gonna be striped or solid color).
