With an aunt like, Kate Spade, Whitney Pozgay, the mastermind behind Whit, couldn’t have mistaken. Her debut collection is a mix between a tomboy and a hipster, with girly accents. I love the silhoutte and the simplicity of the clothes that clash with the edginess of the headpieces, and talking about the headpieces, the pretzel one is pure genius. I would love to get my hand on one of those, or maybe a fork.
What to you think?
Interesting presentation on the collection. It looks like a cute, approachable, and ultimatly very buyable one. She should do well. Should probably focus more on the branding and differentiation as it could easily be mistaken for zara, h&m, asos, etc. I agree with you that the headpieces are fun, yet unsalable. Still, rather cute for a debut collection.
i actually really like her collection. its very simple and chic and wearable. the headpieces are obviously to give it a bit of quirkiness but i think they are stunning pieces and i agree with u that the pretzel is super cool. i would defintly wear it although i would get a lot of stared but whatever…its ok to get stares for being interesting rather than pass unoticed for being boring.
