Valentine’s Day and diamonds

Valentine’s Day is a couple of weeks away but the love propaganda started already. A week after New Year’s Eve the red and pink mails were pouring in. I’m preparing a special post for Valentine’s Day, but that will have to wait a bit.

My facebook timeline was full of engagements over the holidays and I have a feeling that the craze won’t stop to soon. Everybody is posting their rings and rocks and happy couple photos.
As some of us are waiting for the Fifty Shades of Grey premiere on v-day, others are waiting for their SO to pop the question.
We all know diamonds are girls best friends, sorry guys, and in the same time quite pricey. But let’s say you have to sell a diamond, and you want to avoid the hassle.
Diamond Lighthouse, for example, provides you with the opportunity to sell your diamond jewelry on your behalf, connecting your diamond directly with distributors. Which is pretty sweet if you ask me. The owners are top diamond top diamond experts who launched the service in order to give the diamond market something it never had, an objective and transparent exchange market that benefits both buyers and  sellers.
So, if you are on the market wanting to sell diamonds, do check them out.
Aaaand if you are prospecting a  diamond ring, the above infographic can came quite in handy.
My favorites are the Assher, Marquise and oval shapes, so, so beautiful!
