Get fit with Zaggora & a couple of healthy tips

Ladies, because here is beautiful sunny morning, that kind that makes you wanna go for a run, I’m going to tell you everything about a revolutionary workout line, Zaggora.
Like I said a couple of weeks ago, for me, workout clothes are really important, and I saw that you liked the fancy training gear brand I posted about last time.

Looking good and burning more calories at the same time? Count me in.  I personally have six pairs of workout pants, and I wear only three of them? Why? Don’t know, but I wouldn’t mind another pair.

  • do you love rice? mix a teaspoon of chili into your rice to boost your metabolism

  • no bloating? eat pineapple; pineapples help break down protein and eases digestion, helping to banish the bloat.
  • find an activity that you love and stick with it… I love step aerobics, and my legs love it too 🙂
