It’s summer and the biggest part of our budget goes into the vacation fund. Well, who am I kidding? I don’t even realize on what I spend my money on, most of the time. Still, for the girl on a budget in need of pretty summer cocktail dress I found 4 gorgeous special occasion  dresses under 100$.
