The weather here is so rainy and gloomy these days that I think I have to dig up my jackets from the back of my wardrobe, because every time I go for a walk I’m cold. Now, don’t think I hate it, I do prefer cold weather a thousand times better than the scorching blazing one.
With all the sales going on everywhere it’s a pity to not buy a jacket, I saw some great ones yesterday but they weren’t my size, the K & Co shop has a ladies coat sale and I have my eyes on this drapey fun parka The thing is that I didn’t really see parkas offline, I mean in stores because you know I spotted one for the Street Chic section.
If you browse a bit the upcoming fall lookbooks & collections, you’ll see that there are parkas everywhere, so I’m curious if there will be an overload in a couple of months. I have just to wait a bit, and see what’ll happen…
ps: I somehow associate parkas with fishing, especially the green & full of pockets ones… a green parka, a pair of Hunter boots and you’re fishing in style:)

I love my Zara parka (bought on winter sales, lol). It's so versatile, I wear it with dresses, jeans, whatever. I was thinking the same thing with this chilly weather (I prefer the heat, being born in the middle of July), to dig up my closet for some jackets (my back hurts terribly from the cold I endured yesterday running from one meeting to another in a little summer dress). xo

I love parkas , i have one and I have been wearing it a lot…it's the only jacket that goes with …EVERYTHING!
I love parkas but find it hard to find ones that suit me… fingers crossed I will find one if they will be 'in vogue' next season 🙂

complicated stuff with those parkas, not for me for the moment, I do not necesarily like to float around in my jackets, it just makes me feel huuuuuge :)…and yeah, they also kind of remind me of being out in the wild!
but I definitely like the styling in that first pic!
maybe they will grow on me in time 🙂

I'm a fan of parkas but really hopes it warms up!
To be sincere, parkas are not among my favourite clothing items. But I did see some which I absolutely loved. So, I just think I need to find the right one!
