Why Zara doesn’t make longer dresses? And why is their sizing so f*****d up? Take this dress for instance, it’s so pretty I really would buy it, even if will, probably, be overpriced, but I won’t because it’s too damn short!
Yesterday, a Zara clerk, so I won’t say salesman, was so angry because I wanted to change a sweater.
Why didn’t you try it on, miss? That’s why we have changing rooms. Ehhm, because I was in a hurry. We could not change it if we want too.
It was like I was 5 years old in kindergarden and I did something really, really bad. He wanted to teach me a lesson!!! Bad nookie, sit in the corner.

Mda si eu am patit-o de curand cu o bluza. Este incredibil de decoltata (mi se vede sutienul pe parti) desi este XS. Normal ca nu am probat-o, ma grabeam si mai mica de atat oricum nu exista. Mi se pare gresit croita 🙁
Don't worry a about it! It's their job to exchange stuff it's just that we're in Romania and they're taking advantage of that. Since we don't have options we'll just take any crap that they give to us. Just ignore and move on. Now go and buy something nice!

Mi se pare superba rochia. Nu cred ca va fi chiar atat de scurta pe cat pare pentru ca tipa e foarte inalta si cred ca d-aia pare asa. Mie una imi place ideea de solduri false 😀 mai ales ca ce detin eu nu exista :(.

i know exactly how you feel! i was fighting with some zara clers so many times ! i dont know whats wrong with zara. why are they hiring so mean and rude people?

Locuiesc in Amsterdam..aici problema nu e schimbatul, in 30 de zile poti duce orice inapoi, cu etichet si bon si gata trocul 🙂 Problema e ca sunt mai scumpe decat in Zara Madrid, de exemplu.
Paltoanele cu 30-40 euro, puloverele, bluzele cu 5-15 Euro..etc. Nu mi se pare normal 🙁

Unfortunately these are the services in Romania. At Zara, the staff in the stores is so unprofessional and they kind of treat you with superiority! How funny! How come we always go back and buy more Zara items? I'd like to see a more even market in Romania.

Ugh! That's so irritating. I swear, sometimes people in the stores just aren't helpful at all. They need to learn to be nice and just do their jobs!
I've actually never been to Zara, so I don't know anything about their pricing or sizing. But I hate when things are too short. I mean, how are people supposed to wear it?!
I totally agree, the dress is beautiful but a bit too short. And the Zara clerk was a bit out of line, it may have been your "fault" for not trying it on, however, I believe that Zara has a very understandable exchange/return policy and if it simply didn't fit or work out, they should just return it without hassles.

I've seen this dress twice in the last couple of days and I just love it. The color, the structure, everything about it. It is quite short, but very chic. Wish you could have gotten it. Good luck with the sweater exchange!
